Chicago always feels magical during December, making it my favorite time to visit 🙂 Tyler and I had a fun day aimlessly wandering around downtown. We started with a visit to Christkindlmarket for some hot cider and “window” shopping. I love all of the traditional German decor you can find in these stalls. After lunch, we made our way to Millennium Park to see the extremely tall tree and ice skating rink; I still need to do this one day! For my outfit I stuck to the classics– a camel trench coat, little black dress, tights, and an iconic scarf. One of the challenges of cold weather is finding layering pieces that will look just as classy when you’re outdoors, all bundled up, as they will when you head indoors. This outfit would be perfect for any winter occasion especially if you swapped the rain boots for black heels!

That’s a huge Christmas tree and it looks really colourful! I like the whole outfit, it is so pretty and cosy. Also earmuffs are so cute 🙂

You look absolutely lovely in your holiday attire, and while it looks cold it’s so beautiful. Your camel coat is so nice, and I wish I had the need for one. I live in Arizona so it doesn’t get too terribly cold 😉 adaatude.com
